Job Description:
The Organization & Functional Governance team is in charge of the organizational development of the Generali asset management domain, assuring continuous alignment with its governance framework and in a view to support growth and simplification.
Within the Unit, we are currently looking for an Organization & Functional Governance intern. The role holder will be in charge of supporting the team in all the activities related to Organization & Functional Governance having in scope the entire asset management domain of the Generali Group. Main tasks will be to support the following activities:
* Project management activities
* Draft and maintain key organizational documentation (e.g. roles and mandates, internal memoranda, organizational communications)
* Perform organizational analyses and solution set-up
* Support the management of organizational and people dependencies
* Assure consistency between organizational structure and system of powers
* Coordinate outsourcing control activities and SLAs with other Legal Entities
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of finance, management or management engineering
* Fluency in English. The knowledge of a second foreign language (French and/or German) will be considered a plus
* Proficiency in Office tools
* Quick learner, proactive, and curious
* Strong interpersonal skills
* High level of personal initiative, drive, motivation and commitment
* Multitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and multiple projects in parallel
* Self-starter, adaptable and able to prioritize
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
