For our Digial & Data Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for an Assistant NAM E-Commerce Channel Intern
During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
eCustomer Management
* Support the Senior eCommerce Account Manager in the management of the main eCommerce Pure Player customers
* Coordinate and secure the execution of the masterplan by interfacing with the main customers and the eContent & Search Team
* Support the eCommerce team in creating presentations and eCommerce trade stories for meetings with eCommerce custom
* Support the eCommerce team in defining the commercial policy for direct sales channels and guarantee 100% availability
* Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the creation of benchmarks, reporting and pre-post evaluation of online activities, suggest areas for optimization
eCustomer Database Maintenance
* Mantain and update the online customer database, suggest opportunities and AB tests on activations
* Monitor startups and new online sales trends to identify new opportunities
* Support eCommerce Senior Account Manager on creating pricing condition, order management by interfacing with internal stakeholder
Perfect On-Line Shelf Implementation
* Monitor and secure the implementation of online shelf guidelines
* Guarantee and supervise the execution of the commercial policy
