Your role:
The Intern is responsible for managing a dedicated departmental support process which has an indirect impact on Philips' med-tech products (e.g. audit processes within Finance) by collaborating with stakeholders and for supporting daily activities typically involving strategic, operational and/or administrative tasks etc. to meet dynamic and continuous improvement goals, exercising autonomy within established procedures. The role conducts research on relevant topics, analyzing data to identify significant trends and provides actionable recommendations for strategic direction. The role participates in team meetings, offering innovative ideas and capturing detailed minutes, while also preparing and presenting accurate reports for stakeholders. The role also organizes and maintains departmental documentation, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, and stays updated on industry trends and best practices, displaying a commercial and growth mindset.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
