Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch's two-wheeler and powersports activities cross-divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world.
Challenging Internship at Bosch Japan! You will get the chance to work for a global player and be a part of a dynamic team where you can gather practical and on-the-job experience with a mix of day-to-day operations and projects. Your task(s) will include:
* Analysis of performance KPIs: Evaluate global project KPIs and derive strategies for performance and process improvements
* Project Portfolio Project Tracking and Monitoring: Support the tracking of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Automatization of processes: Analyze existing processes for automatization opportunities, investigate possible solutions, and implement them
* Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling across different time zones, preparing agendas, and following up on action items to ensure alignment among stakeholders
* Support the creation of a new Onboarding Concept: Help to develop training materials, assist in onboarding of new project managers and host stakeholder meetings, to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing

* Preferred language abilities:
* Fluent English required
* Intermediate Japanese and/or German is an advantage
* Skills you should bring:
* Profound knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerBi, PowerPoint, PowerAutomate...)
* Understanding of automotive industry preferred

* Additionally, you should:
Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at our company
Be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period
