About the Team
The Warranty & Customer Care Team is responsible for the overall operation of vehicle warranty repair services and customer support cases, striving to deliver the best possible customer experience and to safeguard customer trust and brand value.

What awaits you?

* Support the aggregation of warranty service performance data and analyze related trends.

* Support dealership settlement processes based on warranty and customer care performance data and supporting documentation.

* Support KPI analysis and reporting related to warranty and customer care operations.

* Support other ad-hoc tasks as required.

What should you bring along?

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.

* AI, Data analysis(SQI, Python, etc.) and Statistics-related experience preferred.

* Proactive attitude & excellent communication skill.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI models(Copilot, Claude or the other AI models).

* Fluent in English communication and Native in Korean.
