Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description:

Overview We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. This is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end hiring process and gain hands-on experience in sourcing and engaging top talent. Responsibilities * Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels. * Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates. * Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. * Update and manage the Talent Acquisition database, including HRDF-related administrative tasks. * Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns. Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
