As an intern, you will be assigned to support our Information Security & Privacy activities within the plant.
* Support the preparation of Information Security & Privacy (ISP) audits and projects.
* Support the implementation of projects related to access rights management.
* Provide support with administrative tasks and documentation related to ISP and data protection initiatives.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
* Collaborating with various departments to integrate ISP concepts throughout the plant.
* Assist in the planning and coordination of ISP awareness initiatives, including information security-focused events, workshops, and training sessions.
* Designing visually compelling posters and communication materials to enhance information security awareness.
* Undertaking additional ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* Languages: Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
* Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Analytics, Business Studies, etc.)
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva is required. Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
* Personality Traits: A motivated individual with a cooperative attitude toward. Assertive personality traits are valued in this role.
* Working Style: Capable of working independently while being result- and quality-oriented.
* Duration: The internship duration is preferably 4 months or above
