Job Description:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

* Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis.
* Record and analyse production videos to develop Yamazumi Charts and Spaghetti Diagrams.
* Perform manufacturing data analysis (Pareto, START-STOP data) to identify efficiency opportunities.
* Support Kaizen, ergonomics assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Document findings in structured reports and presentations for the engineering team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and production systems.
* Ability to collect, organise, and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with cycle time analysis, process flow, and workstation efficiency.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools such as Yamazumi Charts, Pareto analysis, and Spaghetti Diagrams.
* Knowledge of ergonomics principles and workplace motion analysis.
* Experience in continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for technical reporting and visual analysis.
