Job Description:

This job is an internship for Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Industrial Project. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.
During this internship, your daily job scope consists of different areas within the department of Industrial Project.
* Support shipment for Kemaman and monitoring for incoming truck for both Air/Sea
* Maintain 100% compliance of in country and overseas regulatory requirements.
* Ensure to update CW1 and create a job for custom clearance activities in KSB
* On time and accuracy of tool fulfilment report preparation and submission
* Comprehend customer requirement and make appropriate recommendations and proposal
* Ability to work independently with good discipline and positive work attitude
* Build positive relationship with customers
* Follow all company's procedure and reporting protocol
* Work closely with internal customer service team/ customer/Logistics and end user to update shipment progress.
To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable and recognized University (CGPA: 3.0 and above/equivalent). Intake for May 2026 onwards.
* Highly motivated, team oriented and able to work independently.
* Possess initiative and good analytical ability.
* Required language: English.
* Required skills: Good communication & interpersonal skills, endless drive & energy to learn with the ability to adapt to new environment.
* Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude.
* Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
* This internship working location at MCT Tower, USJ Subang
