This internship is a hands-on experience where you will work with real data to support business decisions. Your contributions will help translate data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance.

As a JTI Talent Intern in Strategic Insights, you will:

* Support data consolidation and performance reporting for business tracking

* Assist in transforming data into clear insights and presentations for internal stakeholders

* Contribute to market analysis, competitor tracking, and category understanding

* Support consumer research activities and insight generation

* Develop skills in data storytelling, analysis, and reporting

Requirements:

* Malaysian citizen who is currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a recognised university or college

* Available to commit to the internship for at least 4 months (16 weeks)

* Studying Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or any quantitative or research-related fields.

* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify patterns and translate findings into insights

* Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance metrics; competent in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint

* Communicates effectively in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin, and prior experience in data analysis or research is an advantage
