About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our department HR Operations (HON) at Monterrey, MX. In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers, and HR colleagues for the Americas region. We are looking for team members who enjoy improving HR administrative processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in HR Digitalization.

What you can look forward to as HR Operations Intern:
* Support the digitalization of HR processes through applying process engineering (mapping process, measuring effectiveness, identifying bottle necks, and propose and implement improvements).
* Collaborate with the HR operations teams to identify areas for improvement (workforce admin, learning and payroll).
* Develop and implement improvements using Power Apps, Power BI Dashboards or Power automate workflows to streamline HR operations.
* Provide occasionally HR transaction support for Employee Lifecycle processes, (Hire to Retire, Employee Learning records and Payroll operations) using a Case Management System "ServiceNow" to resolve requests in a time and quality manner.
* Create and deliver reports and maintain personnel files/documents.

Your Profile as HR Operations Intern:
* Student currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's or Engineering degree, with at least one year remaining before graduation.
* Microsoft Office knowledge; PowerBI and PowerApps is desirable.
* Bilingual/native proficiency in Spanish & English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive mindset with a positive attitude.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks and reacting quickly to problems and issues.
