Your role and responsibilities

1. Collect and Monitor Metrics
* Gather key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Track progress against targets and identify trends.

2. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Summarize data insights for management review.
* Ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting.

3. Support Continuous Improvement Projects
* Participate in process improvement initiatives.
* Analyze workflows and suggest optimization opportunities.
* Assist in implementing approved changes and documenting results.

4. Data Analysis
* Use tools like Excel or Power BI to create dashboards.
* Highlight areas for improvement based on data findings.
* Work with different teams to collect information and validate data.

Required education
High School Diploma/GED

Required technical and professional expertise

* Be an active university student pursuing a degree related to the field (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields);
* Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Advanced English:
* Advanced Excel;

Preferred technical and professional experience

Be an active university student pursuing a degree related to the field (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields);
