Position Summary
The Plant Services Intern will support daily operations related to facility and plant service activities that ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing environments. This role provides hands-on exposure to plant services processes such as equipment support, coordination with maintenance teams, technical documentation, and operational follow-up. The intern will collaborate with Plant Services, Maintenance, and cross-functional teams to support equipment testing, track materials and requests, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills while gaining practical experience in an industrial plant environment.

Preferred Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical diagram interpretation
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Proactive attitude with strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical and operational environment

Required Qualifications
* Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward
* Active student in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
* Organized, proactive, team-oriented, and responsible mindset

Position Overview
The Plant Services Intern will support daily plant operations by assisting with functional testing of production line equipment and documenting findings and corrective actions. Responsibilities include following up on spare parts requirements, RFQs, and Master Production Schedule (MPS) activities to ensure timely support of plant operations.
The intern will track and follow up on minor incidents, coordinating closely with the maintenance team to support resolution and ensure continuity of operations. Additional duties include assisting in updating and maintaining technical drawings, diagrams, and equipment manuals, as well as organizing and maintaining technical documentation.
The position also involves participating in continuous improvement initiatives and failure analysis activities, contributing to the identification of opportunities to improve equipment reliability, process efficiency, and overall plant performance. This role offers hands-on exposure to plant services within a manufacturing environment and supports professional development through real-world operational experience.
