Job Description:

* The intern will be responsible for developing an integrated training, growth, and career path plan for different departments within the Technical Direction of SAESA Safran Aircraft Services .
* The main objective will be to gather existing initiatives across departments, perform a benchmark study with other Technical Directions within the SAE MRO network, and propose an harmonized development plan for various technical specialties, project management, and leadership roles.
* The intern will also be in charge of identifying training needs and monitoring knowledge acquisition across different career levels.
* Additionally, the intern will analyze available external training providers, identify missing courses, and explore opportunities to develop internal training materials and instructors.
* Finally, the intern will conduct a benchmark of digital solutions used within the SAE MRO network and present a recommendation report to the Technical Direction of SAESA on the most suitable solution.

Degree in Industrial Administration with a specialization in HR, or similar studies.
