Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Field Marketing Professional: Field Activation, you will partner with various stakeholders to provide IBMers with the necessary knowledge and information to deliver business results. You will play a key role in building their belief in and advocacy for the IBM brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Support Business Units: Assist in providing IBMers with the knowledge and information needed to work effectively and deliver business results.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with business units, functions, geos, and markets to ensure clear calls to action and effective partnerships.
* Build Brand Advocacy: Contribute to building IBMers' belief in and advocacy for the IBM brand through various marketing efforts.
* Learn and Adapt: Observe and learn from the partnerships and collaborations to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
* Participate in Marketing Initiatives: Assist with various marketing initiatives and projects to gain hands-on experience and exposure to field marketing activities.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Basic Understanding of Marketing Principles: Familiarity with fundamental marketing concepts and strategies to support business units and contribute to building brand advocacy.
* Exposure to Collaboration Tools: Experience working with various tools and platforms to engage with stakeholders and facilitate partnerships.
* Interest in Brand Building: Curiosity about how to build brand awareness and advocacy through marketing efforts.
* Basic Knowledge of Project Management: Understanding of basic project management principles to assist with marketing initiatives and projects.
* Familiarity with Data Analysis: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts to observe and learn from partnerships and collaborations.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* Data Analysis Concepts: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts to observe and learn from partnerships and collaborations is beneficial.
* Project Management Principles: Familiarity with basic project management principles to assist with marketing initiatives and projects is a plus.
* Digital Collaboration Tools: Exposure to various digital collaboration tools to engage with stakeholders and facilitate partnerships is advantageous
