YOUR ROLE
You will work on improving yield and reducing scrap on the 2D Mark step in production, using the DMAIC approach.
Main tasks:
* Analyze current 2D Mark process performance, yield, and scrap data
* Apply the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
* Identify main defect types and root causes of scrap and rework
* Propose, test, and validate improvement actions on process, parameters, and inspection criteria
* Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and industrial engineering teams
* Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and results
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Engineer or Master's degree student in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent
* Knowledge of DMAIC and/or continuous improvement
* Interest in process control, marking/traceability or inspection systems
* Good skills in data analysis and use of Excel or similar tools
* Analytical, rigorous, curious, and able to work in a team
* Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
