Job Description

Renault Tanger propose des stages de fin d'études 2026 au sein de la Direction RH, destinés aux étudiants souhaitant contribuer au développement d'outils et de solutions RH. Les missions porteront notamment sur l'amélioration des processus de gestion des talents ainsi que la création de tableaux de bord et de supports digitaux visant à moderniser l'expérience collaborateur et renforcer l'efficacité opérationnelle des services RH.
Profils recherchés :
Étudiants en Ressources Humaines, Management, Psychologie du travail, Marketing RH / Communication RH

- Intérêt marqué pour la transformation digitale des processus RH.
- Capacité d'analyse, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'initiative.
Connaissances souhaitées :

- Bonnes notions en gestion RH, recrutement, gestion des compétences ou développement RH.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Connaissances en Power BI, bases de données ou outils digitaux RH (un atout).
- Aisance en communication écrite et orale, en français principalement. »
