About the Job

You will be part of our Talent Team, who are responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding for all Danone locations within the Netherlands. In order to make sound and fact-based decisions, we also need to have data and insights, and therefore we need you.

Your main priority will be working with talent acquisition data, which gives us an overview of recruitment activities in the Netherlands across all entities, as well as employer branding data such as career website traffic and digital marketing campaign results. More than just crunching numbers and building dashboard, this role is a real opportunity for you to contribute to our Talent acquisition and Employer branding directions by helping us unveil the story behind data and suggesting tangible actions towards our objectives.

So, what responsibilities will you get?

Talent Acquisition
* Leading the maintenance, handling and collection of all Talent data;
* Developing and owning the recurring reporting and analyses of recruitment data to help drive insights for the Talent Acquisition team;
* Creating and maintaining KPI dashboards which can be understood by everyone who reads them;
* Providing ad hoc analyses for multiple stakeholders on Talent data;
* Implementing continuous improvements in reporting process efficiency, data accuracy and data quality;
Employer Branding
* Supporting Employer branding manager to define business requirements and translate them into meaningful performance metrics;
* Performing quarterly analyses of career website data to inform content strategy using Google Analytics;
* Partnering internally with the Talent Team and externally with agencies to evaluate the performance of employer branding campaign

On top of this, you will get the chance to be involved in other HR-related and/or data-driven topics such as digital marketing analysis, intern engagement plan and technical support for the team.
The Netherlands Talent Team is a dynamic and social team where colleagues are always willing to help each other out. We have 15+ team members, who have very diverse nationalities and levels of experiences including 2 interns who work on Campus Recruitment.

* You have a passion for data and are a curious and analytical team player who has the desire to help others and problem solve using data-driven insights;
* You are able to present data through a story that everyone can understand;
* You are an Excel expert with strong ability to work with graphs, pivot tables, Lookup functions. Experience in Google Analytics, PowerBI and VBA would be a plus;
* You are confident and clear when making demands from busy stakeholders to ensure the best data accuracy;
* Willingness to take on different projects and learn about other aspects of our project that are not directly related to data, such as Human Resource or Marketing is considered a plus.

Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in July 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 3-5 days per week.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
