Together with an enthusiastic and international team, you will develop curricula that align with our learning objectives while streamlining and improving the design and development process. You will actively contribute to increasing the speed, efficiency, and interactivity of our training approach. Department description

Our Content Development & Training team is an international group of 45 dedicated professionals, with approximately 35 based at our Learning Centre in Veghel. We are responsible for the design and delivery of customer training programs and comprehensive documentation across all Vanderlande domains, including Airports, Distribution, and Warehousing.
Within our team, we foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing timely feedback, encouraging experimentation, and granting team members meaningful responsibility. This enables us to develop high-quality learning solutions that support our global customers effectively.

Tasks/responsibilities

* Shadow trainers and map content development
* Use AI for writing, video, or e-learning
* Create content for trainers to refine
* Set up a system for future AI course design

Your profile

* Super curious about AI
* Think in processes, not just tools
* Comfortable asking questions
* Experience with interviews, process mapping, or light data work is a plus
* Strong communicator
* *Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.
