We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance & Transformation intern who will join the Global Supply Chain Operations team. Danone's ambition is to upgrade its processes, technology, and people capabilities in end-2-end planning by implementing new tools (o9) and by creating best-in-class Supply chain processes.
You will be part of Global S&OP Demand & Performance team, reporting into the Performance manager. The team has several areas of expertise including long-term planning for our European network of factories, global deployment of our medical portfolio from our logistics hub in the Netherlands to our business units in Europe and rest of the world, demand management for our worldwide markets & performance management for our supply chain operations.
For this job, you will:
* Support in the transformation of our global supply chain teams from a people, process and tools (APO to o9) perspective, creating ToBe future processes, driving process improvements, inspiring change, and engaging people to achieve project objectives and the initiative deliverables.
* Coordinate and drive continuous improvement projects within the global SN supply chain network as well as diverse cross-functional improvements projects & digitalization of our practices
* Running weekly and monthly KPI reporting to ensure high quality data available on time;
* Performing root-cause analysis aiming at detecting underperformance and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with Sales Units and factories;
Excel and Power BI to turn data into actionable insights.
Key requirements:
* Enrolled as a Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
* Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
* For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
* Available to start in September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
