Professional Trainee - Pre-Sales Department

Job Description:

ZTE Peru is looking for a Professional Trainee to join our Pre-Sales Department. This is an excellent opportunity for recently graduated engineers who are passionate about telecommunications and eager to gain hands-on experience in fixed access network technologies while working alongside experienced professionals.

Main Responsibilities
* Support the verification and testing of equipment for FTTH and Wi-Fi fixed access networks.
* Assist in validating network scenarios through laboratory and homologation testing.
* Monitor testing activities, incidents, and results.
* Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and project records.
* Provide basic coordination support with internal teams and customers.

Requirements
* Recent graduate in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering (2025-2 / 2026-0)
* Knowledge equivalent to the CCNA level (CCNA certification is desirable but not mandatory).
* Basic knowledge of optical networks.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
