Enablers Partnership Management Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Job Description:

This team helps eCommerce Enablers to succeed on eCommerce platform by guiding them through training and engagement. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. In the end of the internship, you will development of analytical, strategic, project-management and communication skills. Insight into how data, business models and operations come together to shape growth plans. Responsibilities - Support in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and e-Commerce enablers for Agency Matching. - Support the Manager with cross-functional (XFN) operations projects. - Contribute to the Enabler's Summit and trainings to improve their performance and visibility. - Assist in the design and execution of initiatives to drive agency engagement and growth. - Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decision-making for the eCommerce Enabler's Manager and Agency Certification Program

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business preferably in Business, Economics, Statistic - Strong skills in logical thinking, analysis, and framework development - Highly capable of problem-solving and managing scenarios Preferred Qualifications - Familiar with different social media platforms - Excellent communicator, effective in team collaboration and engaging with offline merchants If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@bytedance.com
