Job Description:
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Assisting Go-To-Market Managers in managing the business success of the categories Originals in East Europe by supporting the development and implementation of a robust category plan, within the strategic framework set by Europe BU & following the Strategy execution plan.
Key Responsibilities:
GTM:
* Support GTM managers in their daily tasks.
* Support for a local category marketing plan (GTM plan) in line with strategic objectives for different product divisions.
* Support the team in administrative and organizational tasks.
Collaboration & Process:
* Act as a support / contact person for Sales Managers as well as cross-functional marketing teams for GTM related questions.
* Support the GTM team in developing the category plan and support handover to Sales.
* Support the efficient execution of sample order process.
* Support milestone execution.
Commercial & Analytics:
* Learn to work efficiently in X-functional environment.
* Support the successful road to sell-in process.
* Work with available market data to help the team build dedicated product division plans.
* Perform marketplace analysis, benchmark, trend-forecast.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Consumer focus with product knowledge
* Good organizational talent
* Good presentation skills
* Analytical skills: fluent knowledge of EXCEL & POWERPOINT is a must.
* High interest in fashion, culture & sport
Requisite Education and Experience:
* University student in the field of Business / Marketing
* Experience / previous internships in Sales / Marketing / Product management would be a plus
* Fluency in English spoken & written mandatory.
* IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Openness to work with hybrid teams (remote work)
