Intern with German in Invoice to Pay

Your responsibilities:
* Handle and verify purchase invoices, credit notes, and advance payments
* Keep supplier data accurate and up to date in our systems
* Work closely with suppliers to confirm account balances, clarify payments, and resolve inquiries
* Support daily accounting and administrative processes
* Contribute to SSC projects and continuous process improvements
* Take ownership of accounting tasks within your assigned area
* Collaborate with your manager and team on additional tasks as needed

Our requirements:
* Confident English skills in a business environment (B2 or higher) - so you can communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers
* Confident German skills in a business environment (B2 or higher) - to support our international operations
* A background in Economics, Finance, or Accounting is a plus - we love candidates eager to apply their knowledge and grow with us
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy - essential for day-to-day accounting tasks
* Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects
