This Position reports to:Compliance Operations Lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Compliance Team by contributing to IT audit and compliance-related activities. Each day, you will collect and maintain records, prepare documentation and audit evidence, including screenshots, and support the creation of draft registers and reports. You will work with a variety of stakeholders in an international environment, participate in meetings and calls conducted in English, and help ensure that compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for review.

About the Internship:

* Start date: 13th July 2026
* Work in a modern office in Kraków
* Remote work (only one office day per month)
* We expect availability of at least 30/35 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

* Preparing records and documentation for IT audits and compliance reviews
* Collecting and verifying data and audit evidence, including screenshots
* Preparing draft records and reports
* Performing manual compliance-related administrative tasks
* Participating in meetings and calls conducted in English

Requirements:

* Student status (preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year of studies: Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field)
* Basic knowledge of Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP or similar functions is a plus)
* Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage
* English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
