Opis oferty pracy:

Join a global team, supporting an organization across 11 countries. You will be part of a dynamic, international environment, working on key HR initiatives in the field of new technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
* Actively support cross-functional teams in projects (e.g: related to global reorganization, compensation & benefits (including position grading and AI), succession planning, skill planning).
* You will provide regular status updates, steer information and activity timelines, and ensure data quality through maintenance and follow-ups.
* Support the leadership team for example in preparing global meetings.
* You will be responsible for sharing results and steering follow-up actions to drive progress.

Kwalifikacje:

* Student status.
* Fluent/business-level English is mandatory (working 100% in English).
* Ability to work about 30 hours per week.
* Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for data analysis and creating presentations.
* Interest in topics such as HR analytics, AI in HR, change management, and organizational structures.
* Very good communication and organizational skills.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team.
