This Position reports to:HR Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Switzerland. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.

Responsibilities
* Support basic HR administrative tasks for ABB employees in CH and HQ
* Process and manage electronic employee data files
* Enter and update employee information in SAP, including organizational changes and other employee lifecycle events
* Support the family allowance process
* Respond to employee HR-related questions via the AskHR Ticketing System
* Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely handling of HR data

Requirements
* Active student status
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Interest in HR administration and operations
* Basic knowledge of SAP or HR systems is a plus, but not required
