This Position reports to:HR Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Intern with German and English to support core HR administrative activities for ABB employees in Switzerland. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle processes within an international environment.

About the Internship:

* Start date: 1st July 2026
* Work in a modern office in Kraków
* Hybrid work model (1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days working from home per week)
* We expect availability of at least 20-30h per week

Responsibilities:

* Performing daily HR administrative tasks for ABB employees across Germany, Switzerland, and Headquarters (HQ)
* Processing payroll-related transactions, including education reimbursements, sports allowances, overtime payments, accident entries in SUNET, and One Time Payments
* Managing and updating employee data in internal HR systems
* Providing support and responding to employees' HR-related inquiries via the Ask HR Ticketing System
* Ensuring accurate and timely handling of HR documentation and requests

Requirements:

* Active student status
* B1-B2 German and English (written and spoken)
* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
* Basic knowledge of SAP, Workday or HR systems is a plus, but not required
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organizational and communication skills
