Responsibilities Multi-Category Creator Strategy & Matchmaking - Develop and implement creator growth strategies across all e-commerce categories (Electronics, Beauty, Fashion, Home, etc.). - Execute strategic matchmaking between brands and creators to optimize sales performance (GMV). - Research the Polish creator landscape to identify high-potential talent and scalable growth levers. - Refine short-form video content strategies to ensure they resonate with diverse Polish audiences. Business Strategy & Execution - Design category-specific initiatives for both quick wins and long-term ecosystem health. - Support the execution of creator activation plans for major promotional moments and new product launches. - Help build a "best practice" playbook for creators entering the e-commerce space. Performance Analysis & Reporting - Monitor KPI frameworks focused on creator activation, content efficiency, and matchmaking success. - Conduct deep-dive analyses into category trends and creator performance within the Polish market. - Deliver periodic reports that turn raw data into actionable business insights. Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Category Managers, Operations, and Data teams to streamline workflows. - Partner with brands to align their product supply with creator content calendars. - Assist in creating educational materials to help Polish creators succeed in social commerce
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. - Strong interest in E-commerce, Social Media, and Creator Economies. - Analytical mindset: Data-driven and structured thinker, combining analytical rigor with a strong focus on achieving measurable goals. - Proactive attitude: You thrive in fast-paced, "startup-style" environments where things move quickly. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with the E-commerce ecosystem and current trends in Poland. - Previous internship experience in e-commerce, consulting, or digital marketing. - Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker Studio) or SQL is a plus. - A "people person" who enjoys building relationships with creators and agencies
