Aftersales Systems Intern (f/m/x)

Job Description:

The Service & System Orientation area plays a key role in driving digital Aftersales processes across the market. Our goal is to support efficient implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of service applications, infrastructure and digital innovations for the BMW/MINI dealer network.

What awaits you?

* Supporting preparation of reports and presentations (mainly in Excel and PowerPoint)

* Assisting in monitoring ongoing projects and rollout activities

* Supporting communication with dealers and internal stakeholders

* Helping in creation and updating of instructions, guidelines and documentation

* Supporting market analysis and data collection

* Monitoring selected processes and basic KPI tracking

* Organizational support for meetings, workshops and trainings

* Assisting in digitalization and process improvement initiatives

What should you bring along?

* Student status (preferred fields: business, logistics, IT, management or similar)

* Availability to work approx. 30 - 40 hours per week (flexible to fit studies)

* Basic analytical and organizational skills

* Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

* Polish (fluent) and English (min. B2)

* Motivation to learn and interest in digital processes / automotive industry

* Basic understanding of IT systems or business processes

* First experience in corporate environment or student projects
