Intern Fullstack Developer (Angular + Node.js)

Position Description:

This is a role for programming enthusiasts who want to build web applications. We are looking for practitioners who want to create modern and scalable enterprise-grade systems. You will work with an international client within the full software development life cycle, developing both the front-end and back-end of business applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Designing and implementing responsive user interfaces in Angular.
* Developing efficient and secure server-side services using Node.js (e.g., with the Express.js framework).
* Building and integrating with RESTful APIs to ensure communication between the front-end and back-end.
* Ensuring high code quality by writing unit tests and following best programming practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* A 3rd to 5th-year student (or graduate) in Computer Science or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
* Proficiency in Angular (understanding components, services, routing).
* Practical knowledge of Java and Node.js and server-side application development.
* Experince with AWS Lambda
* Experience with the Git version control system.
* Understanding of how RESTful APIs and the JSON format work.
* Proficient in English as the client is based in Canada and Polish
Nice to have:
* Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest).
* Practical knowledge of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) or non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
* Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker).
* Experience in developing applications in a microservices architecture.
