Customer Care Intern

Job Description:

Your Tasks

The person in this role will join the structures of our Logistics Center, which provides comprehensive logistics services across North-Eastern Europe. The Intern will support the Customer Logistics Service and Distribution Department on the Polish market, including:

* Processing orders and managing deliveries to business partners in the SAP system
* Cooperating with the Finance and Sales departments as well as external business partners, including customers and logistics operators
* Supporting ongoing reports and projects

Your Profile

* Students from the 3rd year of studies onwards, preferably with a logistics-related profile
* Availability of at least 30 hours per week
* First experience in logistics or customer cooperation is an asset
* Very good command of English
* Very good knowledge of Excel
* Ability to work in a team
* Strong communication skills and engagement
* Good work organization and attention to detail
