REQUIREMENTS:
* You are an undergraduate (3rd, 4th, 5th year) or up to 12 months after your graduation (Business, Management, Marketing related majors)
* Very good command of English (minimum B2) and native Polish - both written and spoken
* Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
* You are open-minded, communicative, fast learner and you have analytical thinking skills
* You are eager to learn new skills and open to work in a dynamic environment
* You like drawing conclusions and eager to take on new challenges
* Availability per week min. 32h (4 days)

YOUR TASKS:
* Oversight of Call Center Operations - managing external vendors, ensuring operational stability, and maintaining high service quality
* Support for Sales and B2C Campaigns - creating and updating sales materials (scripts, emails, presentations) and monitoring timely execution of order-related processes
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - working closely with Legal, CX, Quality, Retention, Acquisition, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth operations
* Driving Continuous Improvement - designing and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency, based on data analysis and performance insights
* Systems and Tools Administration - managing user accounts, roles, and access rights, and resolving system issues together with technical teams
