Job Description:
Parts sales and Logistics Department plays a core role in BMW Customer Support process. Our main goal is to provide efficient and sustainable parts delivery process to entire polish dealer network.
What awaits you?
* Monitoring of sales and purchase orders in SAP.
* Debit and Credit notes processing.
* Organizing and monitoring of logistics claim process.
* Organizing and monitoring of parts returns process.
* Monitoring of invoices process.
What should you bring along?
* availability to work for 30-40 hours per week (with possibility to fit to studies);
* good analytical, organizational and planning skills;
* good skills using MS Office (Excel in particular);
* fluent in Polish and have good knowledge of English (at least B2).
