The Owner Services vision is to deliver excellence in customer communication, providing consistently outstanding service.

Our Summer Internship is targeted at students who are in the last year of their Bachelor Degree or currently taking a Master's Degree.

About the Project:

* Inventory existing policies and supporting documents across SharePoint, email, and the internal drives
* Validate content ownership, versioning, and approval status, identifying gaps or outdated guidance
* Standardise document naming, metadata, and folder/taxonomy structures in SharePoint / Knowledge
* Migrate approved policy and procedure documents, while storing frequently updated materials in SharePoint / Knowledge with appropriate permissions
* Upload and structure official processes, verify links, and ensure access to the latest versions
* Document the new structure and create a brief "how to find it" guide for Owner Services staff
