The Measurement Center of Excellence, or COE, is a regional team focused on advancing how TikTok demonstrates and improves advertising effectiveness. We work across branding and performance measurement to develop scalable insights, solutions, frameworks, and programs that help advertisers better understand and improve the business impact of their investments on TikTok. Our team sits at the intersection of Measurement, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Marketing. We partner with market and regional teams to analyze advertising outcomes, identify opportunities across clients and industries, validate new measurement approaches, and translate complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations. As a Measurement COE Intern, you will support regional projects spanning analytics, research, program development, and measurement innovation. You will have the opportunity to work with real-world advertising data, contribute to high-impact cross-market initiatives, and learn how measurement insights are used to influence advertising strategies, product development, and business decisions. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities - Support regional advertising measurement projects across branding and performance use cases, working closely with COE members and cross-functional partners - Analyze and synthesize data from multiple studies, markets, advertisers, or industries to identify trends, benchmarks, and actionable insights - Assist with the development of meta-analyses, custom research, product validation studies, and other strategic measurement initiatives - Maintain and improve project trackers, reporting dashboards, measurement repositories, and other tools used to monitor program progress and impact - Translate analytical findings into clear presentations, reports, case studies, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders - Conduct research on advertising effectiveness, measurement methodologies, industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging technologies - Support the development of scalable COE resources, including playbooks, best-practice frameworks, training materials, and go-to-market content - Explore opportunities to automate or streamline recurring analytical, reporting, and operational workflows using data tools or generative AI - Coordinate inputs and deliverables across regional and market stakeholders, ensuring project information is accurate, organized, and delivered on time - Take ownership of a defined internship project and present key findings and recommendations to the broader Measurement team

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Undergraduate/ Master's in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Psychology, Social Science or a related discipline. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and develop logical conclusions. Comfortable working with data using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely - Good organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks - Demonstrated curiosity about digital advertising, marketing effectiveness, consumer behavior, technology, or data analytics - Ability to work collaboratively with team members from different functions, markets, and cultural backgrounds - Prior full-time professional experience is not required; relevant academic projects, case competitions, student activities, or personal projects may be used to demonstrate the required skills Preferred Qualification(s) - Previous internship experience in technology, digital media, advertising, media agencies, FMCG, e-commerce, consulting, market research, data analytics, or a related industry - Relevant coursework or project experience in marketing analytics, statistics, econometrics, experimentation, consumer research, or data science - Familiarity with digital advertising concepts, marketing funnels, brand measurement, campaign effectiveness, attribution, incrementality, or marketing mix modeling - Experience with one or more analytical tools or programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Experience creating dashboards, data visualizations, research reports, or business presentations - Exposure to statistical analysis, experimental design, survey research, or working with large datasets - Interest in applying generative AI or automation tools to improve analytical, research, or reporting workflows - Experience working on cross-functional, regional, or team-based projects through internships, academic work, or extracurricular activities
