Job Description:
Finance Analyst Intern (November - April 2026)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Financial Analyst Intern will report directly to the SEA Business Controller to assist in all aspects of financial planning, controlling, and reporting; he/she has four distinct roles:
* Commentator: ability to explain the numbers, tell the business story in numbers, variance analysis, management report
* Business Partner: focus on value creation, act as business advisor and integrator, provide insight, challenge decision making process
* Scorekeeper: focus on book keeping, reconciliation, P&L management
* Custodian: focus on governance and compliance, custodian of value protection, conscience of the business
BUDGETING AND STRATEGY
* Support the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of the budget and re-forecast cycles
* Assist in variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities
* Participate in preparing management presentations and dashboard for regional leadership reviews
ASIA PACIFIC FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
* Help prepare Group sales reporting & analysis - by channel, customer, and franchise
* Maintain and enhance financial dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making across stakeholders
* Assist in monthly closing activities in collaboration with the accounting team
* Consistent monitoring of operating expenses and A&P investments, ensuring adherence to budget
OPERATIONAL & AD-HOC SUPPORT:
* Support key business studies such as ROI analysis, margin tracking, and cost optimization initiatives
* Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic or commercial initiatives within the SEA business
* Price implementation/management: Implement and extract prices in our pricing system
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Financial Analyst Intern, South East Asia & Agents Asia Pacific.

* Able to commit to full-time internship for a duration of 6 months (Jan - June 2026)
* Proficient in Micorsoft Excel & Powerpoint
