About the Role
The intern will support FCC in developing and implementing processes and controls to ensure compliance with rules and regulations that prevent financial crime

* Assist in the execution of the AML control processes to ensure compliance with the relevant AML/CFT rules and regulations, through the use of technologies.
* Support in data analytics ("DA") / quality assurance ("QA") projects that are designed as part of the early detections and surveillance monitoring tools.
* Support in data analytics initiatives to provide enhanced insight to support quality assurance, periodic management reporting and to improve daily operational processes.
* Support in the Review / escalation of any potential gaps or risk areas for further assessment and improvement.
* Develop scripts and queries for data extraction and dashboards to support the daily work of the FCC team.
* Assist in data extractions to support the daily work of the FCC team.
* Extract and analyze data together with the FCC team to identify trends for potential enhancements and exceptions for remediation.
* Any other adhoc tasks as assign by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
* Degree in Finance / Business / Information Technology or any related field.
* Strong knowledge in the use of data analytics or automation tools (such as RPA, SQL,Excel).
* Team player, meticulous and attention to details.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
