Restructuring and Forensic Intern

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist companies facing financial challenges and threats.

* Assist in disposing of assets.

* Correspond with external parties such as stakeholders and creditors.

* Investigate into the affairs of the companies.

* Learn and assist in level consulting, financial analysis and modelling skills, in areas of financial restructuring and forensic investigations.

* Learn and assist to identify issues affecting business operations and profitability and working as a team to resolve issues.

* Learn and assist to analyse records and transactions to gather evidence for litigation support purposes.

* Assist with other adhoc duties and projects assigned by Senior.

Job Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA.

* Positive attitude, meticulous and analytical team player.

* Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

* Well verse in a second language will be an added advantage
