Project Description

Project Simplify aims to make HR resources more accessible and easy-to-understand for staff.

The intern will review existing HR materials - including the staff handbook, HR portal, and policy documents- and update these resources by extracting key information and presenting it in bite-sized, clear, and engaging formats.

The intern will get the opportunity to gain familiarity with a wide scope of HR policies, through hands-on experience in transforming organizational communication, and contribute to a project that directly impacts employee engagement and organizational culture.

* Strong written communication and ability to simplify complex information.
* Ability to format and present content in a user-friendly manner.
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy when updating official documents
