Technology Strategy & Operations Intern (6 months)

Job Description:

* Support the delivery of Corporate IT transformation projects.
* Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, HR, Procurement, and Business teams.
* Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
* Prepare presentations, reports, process documentation, and meeting materials.
* Assist with user research, process improvement, and solution design activities.
* Support testing, rollout, and adoption of new technology solutions.
* Conduct research on digital transformation, AI, automation, and industry best practices.

Corporate IT enables Sea's global workforce through technology, automation, and digital services. As part of our Digital Transformation team, you'll work on initiatives that improve how over 100,000 employees interact with IT across the company.

Candidate Requirements:

* Majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
* Strong interest in Digital Transformation, Technology, or Project Management.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working with data, presentations, and documentation.
* Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
* Experience with AI tools, automation, or data analysis is a plus
