As a Service Operations Associate - Intern, you will support the Service Solutions Program Managers in day-to-day business operations and projects administration. You will maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures, provide liaison support between inhouse and external vendors, identify process improvement areas. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities - Tool and SOP Utilization: Learn and effectively use a variety of internal tools and platforms. Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately to perform daily tasks and ensure operational consistency. - Policy & Process Updates: Stay informed on the latest policy and process changes. Proactively adapt to new requirements and integrate them into day-to-day workflows. - SOP Maintenance & Optimization: Support the upkeep, review, and enhancement of SOPs to improve efficiency and accuracy. Identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements. - Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc or cross-functional projects. Contribute to the execution and documentation of project deliverables where needed

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and follow instructions. - Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic productivity software. Fast and accurate typing skills. - Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with strong organizational skills. Able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in documentation and process flows. Successful candidates must be able to commit to a full-time/part-time internship (minimally 3 days a week) from January to July 2026.
