Job Description
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall (Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park etc.)
* Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance works
* Assist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out and reinstatement works
* Assist in the liaising with tenants on outstanding fit out submissions after renovation and submission of renovation invoices
* Updating of Environment Health and Sustainability and ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001
* Provide assistance with Capex works
* Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects
* Support other ad-hoc Operation duties as required

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
* Possess basic Facilities Management and M&E knowledge
* Detail oriented and Meticulous
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
