Your day to day
* Support the Operations team in preparing insights, reports, and materials for key business initiatives across multiple markets
* Assist with creating engaging content to support internal learning and development tools
* Help drive initiatives that enhance guest experience and strengthen customer loyalty
* Coordinate and support key stakeholder meetings and regional communications
* Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to ensure smooth operations

What we need from you
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
