Job Description
Responsibilities
* Business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and Leasing enquiries
* Assist in market research and data collection to plan and execute the intended Trade mix
* Assist in the preparation of presentation slides and Excel data entry/analysis
* Assist with data analysis of tenant's sales performance
* Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing.
* Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of real estate principles preferred
* Detail-oriented and meticulous
* Strong numerical skills are an advantage
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
