Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, conferences, and regional events.
* Support event preparation, including logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.
* Contribute to brand communication activities such as drafting content, preparing presentations, and updating marketing collateral.
* Help manage digital communication channels (social media, newsletters, internal platforms).
* Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support campaign development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
* Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Job Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Enthusiasm for learning and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Interest in the life sciences industry is preferred but not required
