Position Overview: As an APAC Integrated Marketing Intern, you'll play a key role in amplifying Lark's presence across Southeast Asia by driving marketing initiatives end-to-end - with a focus on field and content marketing. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, Lark customers, and external partners to bring campaigns to life, produce compelling content, and streamline marketing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across B2B campaign execution, and content creation - all while working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. What You'll Be Doing: Content Creation (50%) - Own the social media content calendar end-to-end, including ideation, drafting, scheduling, and performance monitoring across multiple formats (video, carousels, short-form, thought-leadership posts, etc.). - Craft clear, compelling, and value-driven stories that educate and engage our target audience - from social media copywriting to adapting content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels. - Support content experimentation, testing new formats, angles, and narratives to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, sales, and product teams) to ensure content aligns with key campaigns, messaging, and business goals. - Produce visually appealing designs using tools like Canva and Figma Field Marketing [50%] - Support campaign & event execution: Help plan and roll out marketing campaigns and events (online and offline), working with internal teams from finance to procurement. - Get hands-on with top-tier tools: Work with best-in-class platforms like HubSpot and Lark Base to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns - Track the impact: Monitor marketing engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives. - Strong eye for design, with the ability to create thoughtful, polished designs - A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, moves with initiative, and isn't afraid to figure things out along the way. - Excellent multitasker - comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality, whether you're reviewing a social post, consolidating data, or coordinating an event - Bonus points if you're familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, LinkedIn Ads What You'll Gain: - Hands-on experience and exposure to the world of SaaS B2B marketing - A unique combination of resources of a large company and nimbleness of a startup.
