As an Intern / Trainee, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Professional skills and responsibilities
* Support the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the relevant teams.
* Maintain physical and electronic archives in accordance with PwC policies and retention requirements.
* Prepare, scan, copy, and organize documents and correspondence.
* Deliver and collect documents from tax authorities, courts, public institutions, banks, and other external organizations.
* Track and record deliveries, shipments, and important correspondence.
* Support administrative and back-office processes across the TLP practice.
* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of client and firm information at all times.
* Assist with data entry, filing, and document management tasks.
* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when working with documents and records.
* Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks and other projects.
* Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Additional skills to emphasize
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Reliability and sense of responsibility.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
* Be available at least 2 days during week (for couple of hours)
Personality requirements and skills
- Studying at a university
- Strong desire to learn and gain hands-on experience while studying
- Comfortable with English at a B1-B2 level
- Eagerness to explore and gain experience in different areas
- Curiosity and open-mindedness
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and not afraid to ask questions when needed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
