Business Administration Finance Support - Student

Job Description:

In our finance department, we are looking for a 2nd - 3rd grade student for the role of Business Administration / Finance support, who will take care about finance and administrative tasks assigned.

This includes mainly following tasks:
* Support completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities
* Asset evidence / inventory process support
* Preparation of inputs for monthly IC invoicing
* Data prepatarion for accruals and other monthly closing support
* Support for EuroVAT filling process
* Creation of purchase orders and goods receipts
Requirements and skills:
* Experiences with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams,..)
* SAP knowledge - Beneficial
* English B2 - good in speaking and writing
* Independent Working Style
* Strong Communication Skills
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 6 EUR brutto / hour
