Main Responsibilities
Technical Consultant
* Technical Support for TC
* Acquire knowledge on DIS/BPS internal tools and processes
* Deal with internal teams (CS, OE, NPI)
* Acquire a good understanding and technical knowledge of the customer card-related solutions.
* Understand DIS technical organization
Customer intimacy
* Become the main interface for technical topics between the customer and DIS/BPS.
* Understand the technical organization at the customer and advice DIS/BPS on how and where to promote the products and solutions.
* Differentiate between PPER and FPER projects and impacts on customer
Pre-Sales
* Proactively act to understand customer technical needs and identify potential card-based Solutions in relation with the DIS/BPS Product Roadmap.
* Write the preliminary requirements specification for dedicated customer project.
* Responsible for the technical answers and effort & cost quotes for technical tasks to RFI and RFQ.
* Lobby and create customer awareness for Gemalto products and services.
Project Management
* Customer follow-up on dedicated projects assigned by TC senior
* Under supervision of TC, involve other teams of DIS/BPS (ie. EMV Consulting team, Perso Teams) on the project definition and planning whenever needed to fulfill the customers' requirements and coordinate with these teams during implementation (project phase).
* Leading and Coordinating Project given by TC:
* Organize internal Project Meetings
* Manage, coordinate, motivate and inform all relevant parts of the organization
* Write a Project Management Plan if required and agreed during Kick-Off
* Ensure writing and validate the Project Test Plans and Test Results
* Be responsible for Bug Reporting and Correction
* Ensure consistent and on time the issuance of detailed Specifications
* Understand and manage the project risks and impacts
* Dispatch internal project Reporting
* Ensure Project follow-up
* Responsible for Escalation on major conflicts
Implementation
* Creation of technical Specifications, esp. detailed personalization Specifications for the Electrical and Graphical (Pre-)Personalization of Cards, as well as Data Processing Specifications and Electrical Profiles
* Creation of Validation Elements in the scope of the Projects (eg. Test cards)
REPORTING
* To the sub-regional TC Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
* Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
Skills
* English Fluent
* Good teaming
* Good oral and written communication and reporting skills
* Strong Technical Background in fields like: EMV, banking world, Smartcards, PKI
Experience
* Student or fresh-out.
* Project Management Experience

* Good creative intelligence (design, conceptualization)
* Be tenacious in the approach to solve problems
